Amazon Fire TV stick stakes out UK and Germany, adds hotel-friendly Wi-Fi sign-in

The UK and Germany are the next countries outside the US to get Amazon's $40 (£35 and EUR 39) streaming dongle. A software update also brings "captive portal" Wi-Fi access, expandable USB storage, Bluetooth headphone support and more.
