Google showed off Samsung's latest smartwatch, the Samsung Gear Live, Wednesday at the annual Google I/O developers' conference. The new gadget runs Android Wear, Google's specialized OS for wearables, and should work with any device running Android 4.3 or above. The device will go on sale for $199.99 and you'll be able to preorder it soon from Google Play Store.
